📞 Customer Interaction: Assist customers via phone, email, chat & social media on pre-sales, inquiries & tech issues.

💡 Problem-Solving: Help with product setup, software/hardware troubleshooting & wireless connectivity issues.

✅ Service Excellence: Maintain a professional, consistent brand voice and ensure high customer satisfaction.

🎟 Ticket Management: Own your ticket queue, resolve issues efficiently & escalate complex cases when needed.

🤝 Team Collaboration: Work with technicians to solve advanced issues and improve support processes.

📢 Feedback & Improvements: Contribute to help content updates to enhance customer experience.

⏳ Flexibility: Work shifts, including evenings, weekends & holidays, as required.

🔍 Your Profile:

✔ Native-level German, Dutch, or French & B2-level English skills.

✔ Passionate about customer service and problem-solving.

✔ Strong communicator who can explain technical details in simple terms.

✔ Excited to work & live in Lisbon for the long term.
